LACHLAN
I’m Lachlan — 17, from the Oregon coast, and I’ve been surfing most of my life. I started young and never stopped. I’ve ridden everything from junky wind swell to heavy winter storms, and I’ve learned how to stay calm when things get sketchy. Most of my days are built around checking tide charts, watching wind forecasts, and making sure I can catch a session before or after school. Surfing’s not just something I do — it’s how I live.
Laird Tuel
"My name is Laird Tuel and am attending University of Oregon pursuing a business degree. I have lived at the coast my whole life and have spent nearly half my life avidly surfing. I'd say it is the most fun thing I have ever done, and it will always be my passion. It's a huge part of my life, and I love giving the gift of being able to enjoy the ocean to anyone who's willing to try. Surfing is awesome and you should try it!"
KYAN HARPER
My name is Kyan Harper, I am a freelance photographer, surfer, snowboarder, and adventure enthusiast. I’ve grown up on the North Oregon Coast and have learned to love capturing the beauty it and the rest of the world holds. I started working with Oregon Surf Adventures in 2023 and absolutely love teaching people to surf and watching the addiction I have for surfing spread to others.
